Luis Eduardo Soto is a seasoned electrical engineer based in our Santo Domingo office, where he plays a pivotal role in delivering high-performance building solutions across our U.S. and Caribbean markets. With over a decade of experience in HVAC system design, energy modeling, and mechanical compliance, Luis brings both technical depth and a collaborative spirit to every project.

Luis specializes in load calculations, Title 24 compliance, and energy simulation modeling using tools like EnergyPlus and AutoCAD. His expertise ensures that our projects not only meet but exceed energy efficiency standards. He is also instrumental in mentoring junior engineers and streamlining internal workflows to enhance project delivery.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Luis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). He is known for his meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to sustainable design practices.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys exploring the natural landscapes of the Dominican Republic and staying abreast of the latest developments in green building technologies.
