Arleria Ricardo leads our Santo Domingo office with a commitment to operational excellence, technical precision, and a deep understanding of the regional energy efficiency landscape. As Director, she oversees our near-shore engineering team responsible for load calculations, energy modeling, compliance reporting, and application support for utility incentive programs.

With a background in architecture and mechanical systems integration, Arleria brings a multidisciplinary approach to her leadership. Her experience spans HVAC performance analysis, AutoCAD-based system design, and local compliance strategy, making her an indispensable resource for both internal teams and client-facing project execution.

Arleria is known for her methodical problem-solving, clear communication, and the strong rapport she builds with clients and consultants across the U.S. She plays a critical role in training new engineers, standardizing our quality control processes, and ensuring that all deliverables from the Dominican Republic office exceed expectations.

She is bilingual in English and Spanish and holds a degree in Architectural Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.

When she’s not managing projects or mentoring junior staff, Arleria enjoys hiking in the Cordillera Central and exploring the intersection of sustainable design and urban planning.
